All bookings are accepted on the STRICT understanding that the pupil has read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions listed below.

1) The full balance of the crash course fee is payable to the instructor on the 1st day of the course.

2) Crash Courses Bolton always use fully qualified instructors that will teach you using the methods required to achieve the high standards needed to pass the DSA driving test. Your instructor will not smoke in the car, and will be patient, polite and friendly.

3) You will be required to read a vehicle registration number from a distance of 20.5 metres (67feet). Therefore bring appropriate eyewear if needed.

4) A professional approach is required of the pupil and no abusive behaviour towards the instructor will be tolerated. The course will be terminated and the fee not refunded in such an event.

5) You must not be under the influence of drink or drugs at any time during your course. If we or a representative of Crash Courses Bolton detects any sign of this, then the remainder of the course will be terminated and you will lose all fees paid.

6) If the pupil cancels driving lessons at short notice, then you may have to forfeit those hours. This is at the discretion of your instructor.

7) All special offers and course/lesson prices may be subject to change without notice, and at the discretion of the company.

8) The Guaranteed Pass Scheme is designed to give pupils the confidence that no further payments will be required(except for the cost of further tests, theory or practical) Lessons can be increased at the discretion of the instructor once the theory test has been successfully passed.

9) If a pupil cancels the Guaranteed Pass Scheme course for whatever reason the following will apply; all lessons taken will be charged at the hourly rate of £30.00. All lessons cancelled by the pupil will also be charged at the hourly rate of £30.00. A cancellation fee of £350.00 will be applied . Any balance owing will then be paid to the pupil. If the £350.00 cancellation fee cannot be applied due to the number of lessons taken then any cancellation fee chargeable will be at the discretion of the instructor.

10) All courses are based on average learning capabilities and are a guide only.

11) Crash Courses Bolton do not offer a 1st time pass guarantee.

12) Both you and your instructor will be required to be punctual and reliable. After making contact with your instructor suitable times for lessons will be agreed between the pupil and the instructor including any breaks.

13) The contract of the Crash Courses including the Guaranteed Pass Scheme course is between the Instructor and the Pupil. The instructor is self employed and therefore any dispute or claims should be taken up with the instructor. Crash Courses Bolton cannot be held liable for any compensation claim from pupils.

14) The assessment lesson will be used to assess the pupils driving capabilities. If the instructor feels that the pupil will not pass the practical driving test within the course booked then the pupil will be offered extra lessons to reach the required standard.
